The Second Annual Conference under the aegis of the Seismic Academy was held on 31st August 2023 at the India Habitat Center, Delhi. The conference focused on "Seismic Resilient Infrastructure in Healthcare Facilities".
The event witnessed participation from over 85 professionals across India, spanning multiple domains. Attendees included senior consultants, academicians (faculty and PhD scholars), representatives from government departments such as MCD, PWD, CPWD, and from institutions like IAStructE, School of Planning & Architecture, Institute of Health Management Research, Bureau of Indian Standards, NIDM, CDRI, ISTE, and engineers from Life Insurance Corporation.
The day commenced with a welcome address by Mr. Ashish Mittal, Vice President - Engineering, Hilti India Pvt. Ltd., outlining the academy's progress. Keynotes and expert talks followed by prominent figures including:

Two engaging panel discussions were held featuring distinguished experts like Dr. Abhay Gupta, Dr. Vasant Matsagar, Dr. Chandan Ghosh, Mrs. Madhurima Madhav, and Dr. Amit Prashant.
The event fostered active dialogue, sharing of best practices, and future-focused insights, highlighting a strong willingness to collaboratively build resilient healthcare infrastructure.
